Tracey Lee
Trainer, Facilitator, Coach
ACC, MPA
Tracey Lee is passionate about creating a supportive, engaging working environment in human services agencies and releasing potential in those she serves. She brings over 28 years of social services experience to counties across California, specializing in coaching, supervision, appeals, and program eligibility including Employment Services, CalWORKs, and CalFresh. Tracey holds a master’s degree in Public Administration, is a certified DISC practitioner as well as a professional coach, certified through the ICF and CCA. She retired from her position as the Manager over Workforce Development with Solano County H&SS to follow her life’s dream of training and coaching full time.
She has been instrumental in bringing the Coach Approach into the workplace, training and coaching leaders as well as frontline staff as part of the push to create a coaching culture in California counties. She was also a key facilitator of the Investment in Excellence program, designed to release potential in employees and achieve higher workplace satisfaction and results. Ms. Lee’s passion for training is reflected in her interactive workshops where learners are engaged and leave with the strategies and tools to make a difference in the workplace.
Char Baker
Instructor, Facilitator, Consultant, Recovery Advocate
Char Baker is passionate about bringing information to others in ways that connect, energize, and transform those she serves. She is a gifted instructor with over 28 years of experience in the field of staff development, supervision, and leadership specializing in customer service, compliance, eligibility, systems, professional development, and coaching in the workplace. She currently lives in California where she is now a partner with Amplify Excellence and leading her own company, Investment in Learning. She retired from Solano County’s Department of Health & Social Services in 2018 after 26 years of service. She is an instructor with the UC Davis Center for Human Services where she specializes in Program Eligibility training. Ms. Baker was renown in Solano County for her gift of bringing innovation and excitement into any classroom. She has successfully trained staff at every level. She has been instrumental in bringing coaching to Solano and Sonoma Counties and is a certified facilitator of the Investment in Excellence program. She is the co-creator of Coach Approach for Supervisors Series. Ms. Baker is excited to bring her expertise to counties across California as part of her vision for statewide implementation of coaching and learning in the workplace.
